    Hope everyone has been enjoying the local trails lately. There have been some really busy workers out building and repairing a great number of trails locally in Cumberland.   • Cumberland Trails Update - May 30th 08

    Logging is active on Bucket of Blood and hauling is now starting 7 days a week from approx 6:30am to 4:00pm Trucks will be met on the main logging road from bucket all the way down to behind the BMX track. Please be aware and try to watch out for approaching vehicles. Recommended to keep small children...

    when for a muddy/snowy ride today. Rode: 2 & a juice, buggered, shaker, entrails, soggy biscuit, black hole, orange peels. The mud was pretty bad but had a lot of fun. No trees down and entrails is shaping up nicely, love the dh section at the end.

  • Cumberland Trails Update - Jan 7

    After the recent rain, much of the snow in open lower areas has disappeared. Packed areas under shade from trees is still quite packed. Overnight snowfall should make little difference. Last report was 2+ feet at the top of Bucket of Blood, and snow all the way down to the yellow gate. Will try to update...

    Cumberland trails are nice and tacky with a few slippery or frost covered roots. A few trees are down across the start of Soggy Biscuit making for a bit of a hike-a-bike section.   • Fall Cumberland Trail Building

    Trail Days with the Trail Harvest Crew are now on Sundays at 11am at the CRI parking lot. Check with Dan at DCC, Jeremy at the Riding Fool or Hefe at Simon's for more information. New projects include the Allen Lake Project.
